This problem is due to the fact that with lots of old games the pace, i.e. 
speed, of the program was closely geared to the speed of the computer. As 
computer sped up those games did too. I haven't seen this problem in years. 
I never hear of any solution, mainly because I never played that kind of 
game. I play tame games like solitair. I do play two Mahjongg type games but 
they are more recent and have no link to the comuter's speed.
