Recently I downloaded the MS program that is supposed to do security
scanning. It's not the malware finder and while it is at first free it
does have a price after the trial period. The problem ss that it did
not have the option to save the install program and I cloned over C,
forgetting about the program. Does anyone know about this program, or
rather can you guess what I am talking about? :-)

It would be useful to know which program you are talking about, a few more
details would not have gone amiss. Do you mean Windows One Care (90 day free
trial) or what? If you do there is a good alternative, and there is free
version, called Advanced Windows Care:

Advanced Windows Care

Find What Others Miss _http://www.iobit.com/_ (http://www.iobit.com/)
Slow down, freeze, crash and security threats are over. Advanced WindowsCare
Personal is a comprehensive PC care utility that takes an one-click approach
to help protect, repair and optimize your computer. Scanning and finding
what other utilities miss, it can keep your PC error-free and smooth than
ever.
This fantastic program is available free of charge for private use.

• 100% Freeware• Removing Spyware and Adware• Preventing Security Threats•
Privacy Protection• Fixing Registry Errors• Temporary Files Cleanup•
Startup Cleanup• Repairing Windows• Speeding up System.
The paid version offers an install it and forget it feature and is usually
$29.95 for up to 3 PCs, but its on offer at 20% off.
