Hi,
I installed a USB 120 gig Western Digital Hard Drive to do some back-up.
But it doesn't show up under My-Computer. I have several other USB
items and they all show up.
It seems to be installed, because when I un-plug the USB cable, the
window pops up saying something has been un-plugged. But I can't find
a way to get access to it, so that I can use it.
I have a small, older Western Digital USB Hard Drive that shows up
when I click on MY Computer. I have used several different USB hard
drives in the past. I always just plugged them in, clicked on my
computer, and there they were. Ready to start using.
I am running Windows 2000
The Hard Drive is connected straight into the motherboard USB Port.
Is there anyone out there today that has had this kind of problem in
the past?
