Thank you; I may yet do the system restore. But right after I sent the first message, I got an error message in Outlook. The MS support solution requires that I locate Outlook.pst. I have tried all methods I know to locate this, but have failed to do so. The suggested path includes 'Local Settings'. That is the step I cannot locate.
