There is a box to the left 'don't show this xxx again'. I was vage about 
that message because I no longer use MSCONFIG. I downloaded startupCPL. It 
has a larger list of startups and so my be a better program. It gets 
installed in the Control Panel, hence the CPL part of the file name.
