I suspect this is a USB modem rather than a router. If so, you don't set 
it up in the same way you would a router, ie you don't enter setup using 
an IP address. Instead you need to create a dial-up connection (even 
though you have a DSL connection to the internet). You would enter your 
user name (eg, [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and password in the appropriate 
fields and probably 0 in the telephone number field.
