Take a look here:
http://mp3.about.com/od/faq/f/wma_to_mp3.htm

  Microsoft has a page at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/gettingstarted/...
that gives links to some pay Plugins that are supposed to work. It
looks as if a plugin might cost you about US $10 or so.

You can also use this program which is a freeware and malware-free:

Hello. I recently purchased a new cell phone. As part of their
promotion I was given a 60 day free trial of Napster. I installed
Napster and it works fine however the only format they offer is WMA. I
tried converting the format to MP3 using DBPowerAmp but I get an error
saying that the music has a secure license and cannot be converted.
Napster techs told me to burn the music to a cd in cda format then use
a cd ripper to convert the songs to MP3. This can get expensive. My
questions:

Is there any utility that will convert these without burning them first?

If I put these songs on my phone will they connect to the net
every time I play them? I know when I play them on my pc WMP or Real
Player always say 'connecting' before playing the song. I don't
subscribe to internet usage on my phone so this would cost a furtune
just to listen to music.

Thanks,

Mick
