Question 1:
I already have Visual Basic '95 but I want to upgrade to at least Visual
Basic.Net 2003. I have Windows Vista, and I was able to install Visual Basic
'95 without much problem. Will I have trouble installing Visual Basic.Net 2003
on my system?
Question 2:
I have DSL internet service with AT&T. My surfing speed is 1.5MB. I have
trouble watching videos on cbsnews.com. The sound in them keeps stuttering.
This also happens when I try to watch TV shows on all networks except ABC. I
was wondering what might be wrong with either my DSL or my operating system or
my computer. If there anything I can do about this?
