I use Gmail (google) and have it as my account in my Outlook Express.

The question...sometimes when I open OE, it downloads my mail at breakneck
speed. Other times it is slow as snail mail.

Wondering if it may be a setting or something. I don't think so because it is
so intermittent.

I don't know if it matters but this didn't happen until I started using
Foxfire for my browser. Perhaps it uses the browser to get to the mail? You can
tell I don't really know.

  Thanks
