No.  Filezilla is a client only it doesn't provide a server.  If you
need to share files between your PCs on an internal network, Windows
already has the capabilities to do this called "Microsoft Print and
File Sharing".  The easiest way to set this up is to use the "Home
Networking Wizard" which you can find from the Help and support center
or in "My Network Places".  You will have to open up the application
and some ports on your Zone Alarm however to get this to work, the
ports are 135, 137, 138, 139 and 443.  Your Linksys router will not
allow traffic from these ports to the internet however so it is safe
to use at home.
