Hi Walter:
It's on the CD.  You need to run the CD to view the contents,   and you will 
find it, NTBackup, and you can install it.  Once it is  installed it will 
appear in Accessories>Tools.  Windows Backup is an  independent Program,  I 
think 
by Veritas, that must be installed  individually from the XP Home CD only.  I 
checked the CDs and it does NOT  appear on any of the other installation or 
recovery CDs
