Diane, you can use your "Username" or "E-mail" to login at Monster.com. Also,
make sure or IT person is not blocking you at work. However, you can call this
number to resolve your problem. Contact us [Monster.com] immediately at
1-800-MONSTER (1-800-666-7837).

fixing my last problem, I'm going to
give you another shot. :)
All of a sudden in the last couple of days I can no longer log onto
two resume search Websites that our company subscribes to. One of my
bosses can login on his computer, but I've tried it on mine and also a
computer in another office with no success. It keeps telling me that
either the password or e-mail address is wrong--which it's not. At
first I thought the company (Monster.com) had done changed something,
but then I couldn't sign-on to another site as well. I can still sign
onto Yahoo (obviously) and other sites though.
Anyone got a clue?
TIA,
Diane
