My original question was: I would like to block my IP from one particular discussion forum I visit (long story but I basically don't trust the admin. of the site). How do I block my IP? Is there a small program that I can use, turning it on only now and then when I visit this site? I downloaded and installed PeerGuardian, thinking it would do the job. Maybe it is performing, but I'm really unclear on the settings and I'm not sure it will accomplish what I want done.
