Hi

Welcome to the group :-)

There is too much confusion in your question for me to understand :( Netscape
used to be a browser but I understand it was taken over by AOL so I assume you
may be using an AOL/ Netscape web mail service? Read through the Help files at
AOL / Netscape. If you are trying to access/ download your web-mail emails in
Thunderbird make sure you have the right account settings for pop and smtp,
check out the AOL/ Netscape Help section for the correct settings. Also take a
look here:

Hi I just joined and hope u can help me. When I lived in rural pa. I
had to use Localnet.com as my internet provider. I was also using
Firefox and Thunderbird to access my Localnet email. I was still using
me Netscape email. Now that I'm in the city. I'm back to using
Netscape as my provider and still using Firefox. since switching to
Netscape I was unable to send emails from the internet sites, for
example I couldn't use "click here" to send an email. I can still
access email from the Netscape page. I thought Thunderbird might be
the problem so I uninstalled it but I'm still having problems. Do I
need to uninstall firefox and then reinstall? I'm also getting blank
pages where I have to click back to get the page I need. What am I
doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
