The word *almost* implies that some guests do get access to the network? In which case it may be that some guest's laptops may not be wifi enabled? If these guest's laptops are wifi enabled and unable to see the wap there should be a small icon in the sys tray (bottom right) which resembles a small monitor with a red cross signifying no network connection detected. Right click this icon and select "View available wireless networks" to see if their laptops can detect the wap.
