I went through the uninstall, but the Shockwave Updater remained in my systray. The only way I was able to get rid of it was to go into regedit and delete every instance of 'shockwave'. Now I don't have Shockwave, which is easy to fix since I get asked if I want to install it every stinkin time I go to Yahoo!, but it's not in my systray anymore. :)
Thanks for all your help guys.
