The only thing I can think is that you may not be hitting the Apply button after you change the icon. Otherwise I can think of nothing about this one.

They are okay for a day or two, then become the Windows "E" (default) icon. Funny thing is, they display fine in Small, List, and Detail, but they are very small. When Viewed in Medium and above they change, but sometimes it takes a few hours to change, and sometimes anywhere from a day to several days to change. I've changed the icons many times thinking maybe it was just the icon itself, but it doesn't matter. It's driving me crazy, if anyone knows the answer I would surely appreciate it.
