I use IE 8 the beta version and find it works much better than previous
versions. Try downloading it However I prefer Firefox from www.mozilla.com.
Its faster and much more versatile.

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] An Internet Explorer Question

Hi all
I have a question about Windows explorer on my desktop computer at
home, It's an HP, 2ghz, 556meg ram, with Windows XP and Internet
Explorer 7(?).
The problem is that I can't open new tabs in Internet Explorer. I can
open new windows, manipulate the windows I have open, etc. but if I
click for a new tab in the Internet Explorer it just says "connecting"
but never opens. It's not really a huge problem, I just have to
remember to open another window instead of a new tab, but it is very
annoying.
Should I just download Internet Explorer again or try updating it. Any
thoughts? Thanks!

RDean
