You may just be out of luck.  Depends on how they are filtering 
traffic:  either they are blocking "all" sites except a chosen few, or 
they have a list of not-allowed sites.  If they're blocking all sites 
there's not much you can do.  But you can keep trying some of the proxy 
websites hoping to hit one they haven't blocked (there are hundreds). 

Do a google for HTTP Tunneling programs. They can tunnel through most 
admin proxy servers.  Here's one that has a free trial but it limits the 
speed to 2Kbps until you buy it.  That's really sloooow.

But do remember that you'll probably get FIRED when your boss finds 
out!!  And even the ones that say they keep you anonymous can be 
discovered by a good IT department.
