Importing the date/time stamp is a function of the software - not your 
camera.  As far as I know Windows Movie Maker doesn't have an option to 
import it.  A work around would be to just manually put a text overlay 
of the date/time (in the text overlay portion of the timeline) onto 
whatever part of your movie you want - or the whole movie if you want.
