It seems like the keyboard is the prob here.  Is it a genuine PS2 
keyboard? If you're using a USB keyboard with a a PS2 adapter I don't 
think this old mobo will ever recognize it.  I would suggest you try to 
find a PS2 keyboard and try it.  This is a really old board - the fact 
that it completes post is a good sign.  Maybe with a working keyboard it 
will actually boot.
