Go Start/Control Panel/Folder Options/ File Types tab
Scroll down the list to the picture format and select it. Then below choose the program you want to open it. This process is called making associations. A few weeks ago I tried to rotate a picture with Nero snap shot veiwer.I opened the picture with windows picture and fax veiwer (as I always do) and by mistake got Nero involved. Now, any time any time I right click on a file "open" I get a blank Nero screen stating that Nero cannot open this. I would love to return windows as my default veiwer but do not know how.
