Hi:
You can also go into My Computer/C:/windows  and you will see the  "task" 
icon.  You can right click on it, create a shortcut,  and   then drag it to the 
desktop , or the start menu,  for future use.   That will also let you see what 
task are already running on your PC.    Or you can go into \System32\task 
mgr\ and pin it to the start menu.   Bye
