FINALLY downloaded Flash player. Short explanation...
Adobe got placed in the untrusted publisher section of (IE7) Internet
tools, no wonder my computer would not allow it.
If you use Internet Explorer, go to "TOOLS", then "INTERNET OPTIONS",
select "CONTENT" tab,under Certificates hit "PUBLISHERS",
then "UNTRUSTED PUBLISHERS"... If Adobe is listed, remove it from this
tab.You remove the Block allowing downloads from Adobe.
