Hello Tina

Those are system files such as the Master File Table (MFT, a record of all 
files 
on your drive) and the paging file (virtual memory on the hard drive). If these 
are fragmented, the windows defragger cannot defrag these since they are locked 
when windows is running.  The MFT and PF can be defragmented only during 
boot-time but I wouldn't really be too concerned about doing that.
