Maybe it was a temporary prob with the website - have you tried again?
You could just try creating a new username and password - you can put 
"any" info for name and adress and birthday, etc.  It just worked for me.
Only other thing I can think is to be sure when you type in the password 
make it case sensitive (in case they require that).
