At first I wasn't sure it would work, but I just Googled it and found 
that other people have successfully done it too.

If you have a machine with XP installed on it go to the folder 
C:\Program Files\Windows NT and you'll find the Pinball folder there.
As far as finding it on the XP disk...  I'm not sure, but I imagine it 
would be in the folder called i386.  It would be a folder called 
"Pinball".  Just copy it (the whole folder) and then paste it in Vista 
in the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games.
Then, if you want, right-click on the file called Pinball.exe and select 
"create shortcut" from the pop-up menu, and drag the shortcut to the 
desktop.  You can always start the game by directly clicking the 
Pinball.exe file too.

Not sure about the scoreboard glitch, but others say that Pinball works 
fine in Vista.
