OK, I am assuming that you mean that you want to removed wallpaper
files, not the actual wallpaper that is now showing on your screen.
The wallpaper now on your screen would be only one file and would not
be so large. Now the so called wallpaper files are not so special, in
fact you can choose almost any graphic file to be wallpaper, even from
a web site. If you want to keep the files you could put them into a
zipped folder. Either right click the existing folder or create a new
folder and name it anything that you will remember what is in it. Then
right click the folder and choose 'send to' then choose compressed file.

Now you asked how to uninstall the wallpaper. It is not installed per
se. It's just a bunch of graphic files that windows has designated as
wallpaper. And using wallpaper will not [as far as I know] slow down
your computer. Nor will removing data files speed it up.

Another thing that you could do is to burn a CD or DVD the files that
are taking up space that you need . Again this will not speed up your
computer and removing them will not help your computer's speed. What
slows down a computer is unnecessary programs that are running at
startup and things like that. Of course there can be hardware issues
that will slow down the computer. A good place to look for help on
speeding up your computer is to Google for something like 'speed up my
computer'.
