There are a few rules to how filters work - like you can't block an address that's in your contact list. Also, the filters are executed in order - the top one first, then the second from top, etc. - so if 2 of them overlap it appears that they're not working. And of course be sure that the spelling and criteria of the filters is exact. Not sure why you can't use the Yahoo! help form. Are you using this one: *http://tinyurl.com/5da4ye* Good luck, Donk
