Hello Everyone... Hope you all had a great Christmas and are looking forward to 2009 and hopefully a better economy.
I got one of the subject adapters for Christmas, new and in the box. It was purchased from a dealer, according to the givers information, early this year and now the dealer isn't in business. It would seem that the setup CD is missing from the package and the adapter will not install without it, at least that it what appears to be the case. I have tried contacting Linksys, without any reasonable solution other than "Take it back to the Dealer and request a replacement or a refund. Attempts to contact their voice support have been an exercise in futility. Does anyone know where I might get the CD or perhaps some instruction on installation without the CD. Wireless is a new concept to me so I may be overlooking something simple. If so, my apologies.
