Ok, if I look at the preferred networks, I see:

1)USR8054 (automatic) - that's my home network

but if I look how many networks I see right now in my range, then I
would say that at 8:50 PM (Saturday), I see 3 networks:

1)linksys (set to infrastructure)

2)mlpmlp (ad hoc) on demand

3)Free Public WiFi (ad hoc) on demand

Was that the answer you were looking for?

Thanks,
Alex

Network Connection Properties, how many "Preferred Networks" are in
the window, and can you list them?
