Why do you wanna disable the cd player buttons?
The specific drivers for your model keyboard are available on the disk
that came with the kb, or you can download them from the MS support site.
If you don't load the drivers for the device, the kb will function using
generic drivers - which means the multi-media buttons won't function,
but all the normal kb keys will work.
You can also try going into Device Manager (Start button, type
DEVMGMT.msc into the run or search window) and disabling or uninstalling
the driver for the kb. Then on next boot tell Windows not to install
the kb, and not to bother you again about it.

Another way to disable them would going to Start, Run, and type
MSCONFIG. Click the Startup tab, and un-check any app that concerns the
keyboard. Then save the changes and reboot.

Good luck,
Donk
