http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/dsktpboards/d945gclf That board isn't yours exactly, but it's close enough that the diagram might show you what all those little 2 pin headers are for. There should be some initials next to each set of pins that might help identify them. "HD" would be for the hard drive light of course. And sometimes it "does" matter which way you plug them in (won't work if you get it backwards).
