I dunno exactly what those files in Appdata\Local\Temp are, but the 
general forum consensus seems to be that it's safe to delete them.  But 
some people say they will gradually start returning.  Apparently some 
apps use that folder to store a back-up of some of their settings.
You wrote the number 61,122,000 out of context.  Is this Kilobytes or 
Megabytes?  If it's MB, then the folder is over 61 Gigabytes in size, 
which is truly HUGE. But if it's only 61 Megabytes it's fairly small, 
and I'd just leave it alone unless you are desperately short of hard 
drive space?
