My machine must be faster than most -- I only had to hold those down for about 2 min's 45 seconds, before the coffee-cup-holder deployed. If one holds down the 'Alt' key along w/ the 'a' and 'n' and 'y' then it spells 'YNA'....... what does that do? (you should be congratulated Donk, you know some people on other groups actually took this drek seriously!)
But the "any" key is easy... it's not just one key - you have to simultaneously hold down the "a", the "n", and the "y" key.
