First thing to check... is your printer selected in Word. Open a document, then got to File, Print. At the top you'll see a printer box - make sure your HP 1350 is shown in this window. Also, go to Control Panel (Start, Control Panel) and click the Printers category. Make sure your HP is set as the default printer - it'll have a little black check mark next to its icon.
