will a motherboard thats a micro fit into a mid size case?

had a few best buy cards and still can't find the right fan
this is only one on best buy site that will work my motherboard because of 
screws

it does say plastic clips instaed of the metal screws. if that didnt work for 
me, would a micro motherboard

 fit properly into my case? i will do this just until i can get me a job and 
just buy me a new computer. all my stuff will fit onto that board (my graphics 
card its sata so will my hard drive and has pci for my modem, and my ram which 
is ddr2)
case i have is for a gateway gt5464

if it will work i also have sd card readers on top of my case. will those hook 
up to that motherboard? would really care less.
