Whatever anti-malware and anti-virus programs you have... try running
them in Safe Mode (keep tapping F8 at bootup till you come to the boot
menu - then select Safe Mode). They'll have a much better chance of
cleaning it in Safe Mode.... but....

Many times when an infection is really bad (like it sounds like yours
is), you just can't clean it. In that case your only option is to
reformat the hard drive. If you have a brand-name computer, like Dell,
HP, Sony, Acer, etc., etc. there's a good chance it came with a hidden
partition on the hard drive that will let you restore the PC to factory
defaults in about 15 - 25 minutes with a few clicks. Or, if you have
the Restore/Recover disks that might have come with the PC, you can boot
with those and do a factory restore. Post your brand and model PC and
we can possibly tell you what keys to press to start the Factory Restore
process.

Doing a Factory Restore will totally erase the hard drive and restore it
to the exact way it was the day you bought your computer. ALL YOUR
DATA, and any programs you've added since then will be GONE forever.
So, back up any personal data before doing a Restore.

Good luck,
Donk
