PC Ultra Speed is apparently an adware application that can easily get installed by accident - maybe while installing some other app - or maybe you accidentally clicked one of its "Scan My System Now" buttons on a website. It is not a dangerous virus, but it will keep nagging you to buy it or upgrade it.
It's hard to uninstall a program if it is already running, so I would try this: 1. Go to Start, and type MSCONFIG into the search box (for Winxp you'll type it into the Run box). 2. Click on the Startup tab. 3. Find any mention of PC Ultra Speed and un-check them. 4. Click OK to get back to the desktop, and then shutdown and restart your computer. 5. After restarting you'll likely see a message saying something like "You have made changes to MSconfig". Just put a check in the box for "do not show this message again" 6. Now, go into Control Panel, Add-Remove Programs (In Win7 and Vista it's under "Programs and Features"). 7. Find PC Ultra Speed in the list and choose to Un-install or Remove it. Hopefully it will uninstall without leaving anything. Even if it says you have to manually uninstall, I wouldn't worry about it, since the program should be completely disabled. If you still find you are getting nagged or seeing mentions of it, repost and we can find where the rest of the program is and manually remove it.
