Are you sure it's not still installed on your computer?  Programs don't 
usually just disappear.
Check under Start, Control Panel, Add-Remove Programs.  See if Microsoft 
Office is in the list of installed programs.
(in Windows 7 it would be Start, Control Panel, Adjust Computer 
Settings, Programs.)

Unless you know someone with the installation CD's I don't know of any 
way to get it for free.  On Ebay you'll find the full versions for as 
little as $15 - $20 (before shipping).
