I would say "no". Unless you know who Richard is... or what Badoo is... It's a spam message that somehow got onto this yahoo group. Yahoo should be stopping this stuff - or the group moderator at least. Badoo is a legit social network, so you'd likely not get a virus - but I wouldn't support their spam by clicking on the link. :-)
