Hi. I am usually a lurker here…just read the posts and try to learn as much as
I can, because there are so many knowledgeable folks here. I have a question
that I hope someone has an answer to..

I have a hotmail account that I quit using for a long time, mostly because of
all the spam that I get there. I started using it again a while back, and now
there is a "ghost" contact on my list. I have no idea how it got there, or how
to get rid of it. The name (and it is an offensive one) shows up every time I
pull up my list of contacts, but there is no email addy attached….just the
name. Because of that, I have been unable to remove it from my list. I tried
to get help from hotmail, without success. I was hoping that someone here can
tell me if there is a way to take care of this problem…. It really has me
bugged.

TIA for any suggestions you might have,
                                       Patty
