Coupon Alert Toolbar is a pretty extensive adware. If just uninstalling it didn't do the job look at this website: http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2011/08/remove-coupon-alert-toolbar-uninstall.html It has instructions for also removing the Coupon Alert from your browser's add on list. Just follow the manual instructions - you don't have to download or buy any software they mention on this site. Also, you might want to boot into Safe Mode to do these procedures.
