First thing to try would be to load the last know good config of your system files: At bootup keep quickly tapping F8. You'll come to the boot menu. Choose the option to load the Last Known Good Configuration of windows. If that fails, reboot and try choosing "Safe Mode" from the boot menu. At the Safe Mode desktop try uninstalling your AV app again.
