Wow, there's a lot of info about autochk.exe errors on the web. There doesn't seem to be any one, particular, fix. Have you tried booting with your Windows disk and checking that your partitions are still valid? You can also run a checkdisk from the Recovery Console when you boot from the Windows disk. You can also try a repair installation from the WinCD. Unfortunately, you may end up just having to reinstall from scratch.
