The way they phrase the description it sounds like just the cord from the supply to the laptop - but I think it includes the "entire" charger. $2.61 is a really cheap price, but you can find them on ebay for a buy-it-now price of around $7. So, I think you get the whole power supply for $2.61. You could send the store an email and ask them before you buy it:
