Emails like that are usually caused by someone else being infected, not you. Usually they will stop after a while. You can mark each one as "spam" in Yahoo mail and eventually Yahoo "might" start blocking them. I would create a filter to send them directly to the trash. Like for the rolex ones you could create a filter to send any message with "rolex" in the subject (or body, or whatever it is) to the trash. Just be careful with filters so as not to filter out a friend sending you a legit email about the rolex she just got for her anniversary, ha.
