Oh ok. The Iconia is an Android tablet. So you'll have to get the Flash player from the Android Marketplace. Look for the Android Market icon on one of your home screens, or on the app screen. Or you can open the browser and go to: https://market.android.com/ Once there type Flashplayer in the search box. I think the newest version is Flashplayer 11. Just download and install it. It's free. See if that helps.
