I assume you did a factory reset of the router?... Find the little, recessed, RESET button on the router and press it in with a pin or paperclip. Hold it in for at least 30 seconds. This will set the router back to factory defaults.
You can likely download the user manual from Linksys support site. It will tell you the exact ip address for the router's control panel. Usually it's 192.68.1.1, but it can be different. Also the manual will tell you the default password. If the router still doesn't work after a factory reset - especially if you can't reach the control panel using a wired ethernet connection - then the router might simply be toast.
