Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt I have to keep trying over and over again it just says something like "user/app etc" Does anyone else have this problem? Hi: When you click print, a printer setup page opens, and you need to click print again. In that printer setup page there is a choice to select different printers, if you have them, or select print to a user app. If you do not have a printer selected it cannot print. The user app selection tries to copy your item only to a location on your PC. This may not be your problem but just check to make sure you have a printer selected.
